This Privacy Policy explains how Krafta handles information when people visit public product boards, maker showcase pages, and related parts of the service, or create and manage accounts within Krafta.
Krafta may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, and profile image; public or optional profile information such as maker slug or showcase settings; and product content such as feedback posts, comments, votes, roadmap organization, changelog entries, and uploaded assets.
We may also collect technical and usage information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, such as session data, browser or device information, request metadata, and activity logs.
Information is used to provide and operate the service, authenticate users, render public product pages, enable feedback and roadmap workflows, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, communicate about service-related matters, and improve the product over time.
Information may come directly from you, from users who invite or add you to a product, from authentication providers you use to sign in, and from your interactions with the service.
Content published to a public board, roadmap, changelog, or maker page may be visible to other visitors and may be indexed or cached by third parties depending on product visibility settings and how the public web interacts with those pages.
Before publishing information publicly, make sure you are comfortable with it being shared with other users and visitors.
Information may be shared with service providers, infrastructure vendors, authentication providers, storage providers, and other processors that help operate, secure, or support Krafta. Information may also be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain product history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or operational obligations.
Krafta uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to help protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should also use reasonable account security practices, including protecting your credentials.
Depending on the deployment and applicable law, you may have options to access, update, delete, or export certain account information. Requests should be made through the controls or support channel made available in the Krafta deployment you are using.
Krafta is not intended for use by children where collection of their personal information would require parental consent under applicable law.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
