These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Krafta, including public product boards, maker showcase pages, feedback submission tools, roadmap views, changelog pages, and related account features. By using Krafta, you agree to these terms.
You may use Krafta only if you can form a binding agreement and are permitted to do so under applicable law. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, for all activity that occurs under it, and for making sure information associated with your account is accurate and current.
Krafta is provided as a hosted platform for collecting product feedback, publishing roadmap updates, sharing changelog entries, and optionally presenting public maker profiles. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the platform.
You may not use Krafta to publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content. You also may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks, misuse the voting or comment systems, or use automated activity in a way that degrades the service for others.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Krafta, including feedback posts, comments, roadmap items, changelog content, profile information, and related media. You grant Krafta a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to submit content and that your content does not violate law or the rights of others.
Krafta includes public-facing product boards and optional public maker profile pages. Content intentionally published to those surfaces may be visible to other users, visitors, and search engines depending on product visibility and indexing behavior.
Krafta may change over time. Features may be added, removed, renamed, interrupted, or modified at any time. We may also update limits, workflows, or product behavior while the platform continues to evolve.
Access may be suspended or terminated if the service is used in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful way, or if continued access creates operational, security, or legal risk. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Except to the extent prohibited by law, Krafta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific business, legal, or regulatory requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krafta and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continuing to use Krafta after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, use the support or contact channel made available to you through the Krafta deployment you are using.
